1. Can you tell us something about yourself...
I am the youngest of three girls in a family of five.
In 2010 I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Elon University in North Carolina.
During my studies at Elon, I had the privilege of traveling to Asia to study how business is conducted within diverse Pacific Rim economies. Although my degree is not specific to my role in the fashion industry, I use a lot of the skills I learned while in school and studying abroad to conduct business now. The fashion industry has always sparked my interest, a lot of it has to do with the fact that my mom studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and went on to design women's sports wear for 15 years. I started working at Kenneth Cole Productions in NYC two weeks after graduating Elon University. Over the past three years, I have learned a great deal over a number of different departments. I found myself drawn to merchandising, product development, and design. I take the sketch from design to the final product and into the stores. It is always exciting to know what is the next big thing in the fashion world 6 months in advance.

2. What inspires you?
The streets of NYC inspire me on a daily basis. I can walk outside of my apartment and see every type of ethnicity, age, and class. Central Park is my favourite spot in all of NYC to truly get inspiration. It is the one place in all of Manhattan that everyone gathers to exercise, relax, and hangout.

3. How does fashion inspire you?
Since I live in the Fashion capital of the world, going shopping is one of the best ways fashion inspires me. I see people dressed certain ways that is outside the box, which in turn sparks a design idea in my mind. I think that the way a person dresses is the best way to express oneself. I always like to push my limits with what I wear whether it be with a color or putting two different patterns together. I like to stand out, so I don't like to wear what other people are wearing.

4. Can you describe your style?
My style is an ever-evolving mix of both the classic and eclectic pieces with high-street scores.

5. My ‘Get Inspired’ quote is...
"Dress shabbily and they remember the dress;

dress impeccably and they remember the woman."

- Coco Chanel
