MY 5 BEAUTY TIPS

 In our current society we strive for perfection. Forgetting that it is our imperfections that makes us perfect. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and can only be seen if you truly believe in it. You are beautiful just the way you are. Don't compare yourself with others. Strive to be the best version of yourself.

One way to achieve that is by taking care of yourself. 
After all, beauty comes from within. I'll give you my five
beauty tips so you can try them out...

1. Bio-Oil
Bio-Oil is a special skincare oil that not only moisturises and hydrates your skin, it also helps improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, stretch marks and scars. Almost every day I put some Bio-Oil on my lower back, butt and upper legs to prevent them from getting stretch marks. Maybe they aren't there yet, but preventing is better than curing. 

2. Face Self-Tanner
My number one face self-tanner is the Solei Itentité from Chanel. I've tried many brands, but this one seriously does wonders. It comes in two shades, golden and bronze, I always use bronze. When you do not have a naturally tanned skin tone, this face self-tanner will give you a natural-looking tan. At the same time it moisturises the skin and makes it soft and supple all day long. Your face looks rested, your skin looks smoothed, and your complexion's beauty is enhanced. Generally, I use it ones every two weeks. In the summer sometimes less and in the winter sometimes more. 
Before using a face self-tanner it is very important 
to exfoliate (scrub) your face first.

3. Whitening Toothpaste
Brush your teeth twice a day with whitening toothpaste. 
Your smile is one of the first impressions. Using a whitening toothpaste will give you a natural whiter and brighter smile. 
I always use the whitening toothpaste from Aquafresh or Colgate, for me those brands work the best. 
One smile a day keeps the doctor away!

4. Don't Smoke
I think we're all aware of the consequences of smoking. 
And it probably sounds cliché, but really, don't smoke.
Smoking is very bad for your health and the effects on your true beauty are awful. When you start smoking you won't see the effects immediately, but ten or twenty years from that you will. Remember that you are worth more than those gross cigarettes. Love yourself instead of poisoning yourself.
